Breathwalk
Breathwalking (also known as yogic walking) is walking with awareness, focusing on breath control. More precisely, it is a combination of specific breathing patterns, associated with walking, with directed, meditative attention. This includes a series of specific stretches and a relaxation phase. It's a simple practice that relaxes, clears the head and revitalises in depth, and is accessible to everyone (even people who have never done yoga before).
The breathwalk will take place along the seafront, starting and finishing at Le Grimaldi on Tuesday 11 March from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and on Wednesday 12 March from 8am to 9am.
Bring comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers.
