The step of your participation:

  • I complete my invitation request with information about my business needs and project
  • My form is reviewed
  • If my participation is approved, I complete my profile information on my personal space
  • 1 month before the event, I log into the One to One platform to accept and send meetings request to the partners of my choice
  • From 11 to 13 march, I meet those partners in Monaco for 30 min-long of One to One meetings

Your invitation request doesn't confirm your participation at the event. All invitations are subject to validation by the One to One Guest Experience Team. Each request will be dealt with within 7 days.

All-inclusive participation

One to One covers:

  • Full access to the event, expert workshops, conferences, round tables and One to One meetings;
  • Accommodation in luxury hotels for the nights of 11 and/or 12 March 2025;
  • Transport to and from the event: €235*;
  • All breakfasts, lunches (at the Grimaldi Forum) and cocktail dinners;
  • Access to networking evenings and events.

For compliance reasons, if you are unable to accept this type of invitation, we may also invoice you for these services.

*Post-event reimbursement on presentation of proof, SNCF or air travel, subject to the guest's actual presence and compliance with the minimum number of meetings required (minimum of 9 meetings over 3 days), up to a maximum of €235 (incl. VAT) return per person.
