How are the lunches organized?Lunches take place in a dedicated area of the Grimaldi Forum and are a networking opportunity in their own right.

I have dietary restrictions. Who should I contact?You can submit your dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) directly in your personal space, under MY TRAVEL INFO.

Do I have to register for activities to take part?Each of the activities on offer has a limited number of places available and requires prior registration in your personal space, under "Activities". You will be notified by email when registration opens.

Which hotel will I be staying in? When will I be informed of the hotel where I will be staying?You will receive your accommodation information by email 48 to 72 hours before the event. If you do not receive this information, please contact us immediately.

Are there shuttles to/from the train station and airport? From my hotel to the venue?
Free rotating shuttles are available between Monaco train station / Nice airport and Monaco on the first and last day of the event, and between hotels, parties and the Grimaldi Forum during the 3-day event.

Do I have to buy my own plane/train tickets?
Yes, we leave you the flexibility to choose your dates and means of transport. However, we encourage you to travel by train whenever possible.
Guests may be eligible for reimbursement of their transport costs, under certain conditions. Contact the visitor team for more information.

What is the concept behind One to One Retail E-commerce?
Every year in Monaco, One to One Retail E-commerce brings together retail and e-business decision-makers and their solution providers for 3 days of business meetings, conferences and qualified networking.

How can I participate in the event?
Each attendees must fill a participation request on our website in order to participate. Please note that in order to ensure a high quality event, each participation request is subjected to:
- For exhibiting partners: approval by the Editorial Committee, ensuring the relevance of the offering to the needs and challenges of the markers
- For guests: approval of the investment projects by the Guest Experience team.
This trade event is strictly limited to retail and/or ecommerce professionals with an invitation. We reserve the right to refuse a participation request if the profile and/or investment project do not meet the industry or event requirements.

What are the main steps of participation?
For guests:
- I fill in my needs and investment projects details when requesting an invitation
- If my application is validated, I access my personal space to complete my profile
- I accept / send meeting requests on the dedicated platform to exhibiting partners that meet my need
- I meet them in March in Monaco for 25-minute business meetings
For Partners:
- I fill in the participation form
- once it has been reviewed and if my application have been approved, I access to my personal space and complete my company profile
- Once the platform opens, my registered team members will be able to accept or send meeting requests to the Guests they would like to meet
- In Monaco in March they meet them for 25-minute One to One meetings.

What is a One to One meeting?One to One meetings are highly-qualified 25-minute business meetings between guests and exhibiting partners. These meetings are pre-arranged before the event in participants' personal spaces, according to their needs and projects, using a matchmaking platform. This means that everyone attending the event has a fixed schedule of meetings.

How do I recommend the event to a colleague a peer?You can recommend the event to a member of your network. To do so, you can invite them to fill in a participation request directly using the dedicated form or simply send us their contact details. We will contact them as soon as possible. The information provided will be processed automatically in compliance with GDPR.

How do I log in to my personal area?You can access your personal space from the "personal area" button on the home page of the website, using the email address you provided when you registered.

I've lost the access codes for my personal space. What should I do?Click on "Forgot password" in the login box and follow the instructions.

Where can I find my login details for the mobile application?Your login details for the mobile application are identical to those used for your personal space.

Who can I chat with during the event?Chat is available to participants via the mobile app. It enables you to communicate with all participants present at the One to One Retail E-commerce event.

How can I take part in a plenary session or workshop?
Access to plenary sessions is free upon presentation of your RFID wristband to the hostesses at the entrance to the rooms.
Access to workshops is by registering in advance of the event, from the personal area, for unitqument guests. Please note! The number of places available is limited.

All the workshops I want to attend are full. How can I get in?We recommend that you arrive at the workshop venue a few minutes before the start of the workshop. If places are finally available, you will be granted access.

Will the conferences and keynotes be available for replay?Yes, conferences and keynotes will be available for replay on our Youtube channel and website.

How can I become a speaker or submit a topic?You can submit your application to [email protected], mentioning your expertise and added value.

What do I need to access the event?
To gain access to the event, you'll need a valid form of identification (ID card or passport only) and the email confirming your participation, available on the mobile application.
Your access badge will be given to you on arrival at the event reception desk

Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?The Grimaldi Forum complies with European accessibility standards and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Is a concierge service available on site?A concierge service is available during the 3-day event for all your information requests, cab bookings, etc.
